my name sake street is situated off ...Hello Carl,<br /> <br />my name sake street is situated off Brownlow Hill directly behind the the Adelphi Hotel. There are no remaining properties left in the street. Referring to a 1961 Kellys Directory there was only two properties occupied by John Taylors, Engineers and Liverpool Corporation City Engineers Depot. There was not reference to to any shops or other properties in the street so I assume the general store was demolished before 1961.
