Cranes Theatre The Neptune
Many years ago I appeared in the play “The Man Who Came To Dinner” which was performed in a Theatre over Crane’s Piano Shop in Liverpool. Does the Theatre still exist please?
yes, and it is currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment and is being renamed after the Beatles manager Brian Epstein as the Epstein Theatre .
Thank you so much for the speedy reply! I hadn’t meant to make my message private but at least I got the info from the ‘boss’ himself. Thank you so much!
I am an entertainer now, but in the days I was involved in Merseyside (I used to live in Greasby) I was the Cheshire Mile Champion, and Liverpool & District cross country champion!
