I'm looking at a goggle street view of 55 Grey Rd. Walton On Hill and assuming it was the same one there in 1880, roughly how old would it be and would it have been one house or two houses side by side? Thanks for any insight you might have.

Hello John,
ReplyDeletethe property looks like the type built around 1870 to 1900.
The three houses where probably all built as a terrace of properties and not as an individual property.

ReplyDeleteAs ever, faster than the speed of light on the answers. I really appreciate it. I’m just trying to get a sense of life in Liverpool for the great, great, great’s that lived there. My mom’s dad left from Liverpool to go to Belfast to work on the lighting equipment of the Titanic. My mom lives with us and turned 100 yrs. of age last Dec., she’s still going strong.
