History of Socialism and Socialist Heritage in Liverpool

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Dieter Loots and I study history at the University of Gent
in Belgium. For finalizing my three bachelor years I'm writing an essay about
Red(socialist) Heritage in Liverpool.

For that I'm looking for scientific literature about the history of
socialism and socialist heritage in Liverpool. I am looking for the
buildings that where build or fund by the socialist party. Which are
socialist?s buildings or places and what was their purpose in the past
and to-day?

Perhaps you can give me some titles and authors or some names of some
information about buildings that are very useful for my study.
