Pub at 77/79 Upper Parliament St

Hi to all

I am searching for the name of a pub that my grandfather managed at 77/79 Upper Parliament St about 1930.I cannot remember the name of it.

His name was James Mckenna, the family later ran the hare&hounds pub on commutation row now demolished.

It was just across the road from the George's hall.hope somebody can help,

thanks

  1. The OS show 77 & 79 Upper Parliament Street as being on opposite corners of Catharine Street and the street directories show them as houses.

The only pubs I can find are:-
    No.7 The Stanley Arms
    No.241 The Queen's Arms
    Nos. 263-265 Unnamed
    No. 273 The Old Dive

    No.12 The St James Hotel
    No. 292 The Clevedon
